What We offer: - Competitive base pay and shift differentials
- Overnight Shift Diffrential is $2.50

Hours/Shifts: - Our openings include full-time, part-time, and PRN for all shifts
Day in the Life / Expectations - Provide patient care to residents
- Comply with state and federal regulation
- Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements: - Valid state license(s)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
- Agility and flexibility with changing prioritie
- Team-oriented and a practical team-player
- Professional demeanor
- At least one year experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
