RTO guidelines: 1.Prefer NO RTO for initial contract a.We will consider an RTO request that meets the talent s contracted hours and the unit s needs b.Example for a July 10th start with a 10-week contract (ending 9/16): i.RTO request August 16 thru 23 ii.Talent agrees to work Aug 13/14/15 and August 24/25/26 c.If any RTO is approved for an initial contract, it must occur after 30 days worked 2.RTO allotment for extensions: a.8 weeks - 3 days RTO b.10 weeks - 5 days RTO c.13 weeks - 7 days RTO i.We reserve the right to modify these amounts depending on circumstance and staffing need, which may include extending an end date to allow an RTO request (this is NOT guaranteed, however). 3.As per previous practice, please reach out if an RTO request would prevent talent from accepting an assignment.
