Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in daily departmental functions.
- Ensure nursing personnel adhere to job descriptions and nursing standards.
- Participate in facility surveys as requested by DON and ADON.
- Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing service quality.
- Address and report complaints and grievances.
