Qualifications:
- Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure top-tier resident care.
- Evaluate and direct day-to-day Nursing Department functions in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in facility surveys and address grievances to maintain quality standards.
