- Full Time availability between 32-40 hours, including weekend and holiday rotation
- Work environment:
- OurMedical Unitis a 26 bed unit. Example of patients seen include but are not limited to: those with Organ Failure (kidney, liver etc), pneumonia, GI bleeds, stroke, detox, weakness, sepsis, seizures, Covid, chemotherapy and end of life patients.
- OurHome Healthnurses conduct in-home visits to complete a comprehensive physical assessment and provide care such as IV medication administration, IV site maintenance, wound care/wound vac application, and Foley/ostomy care
- Salary range is based on relevant years of experience.Additional hourly specialty stipends available.
Job Description:Home Health: Responsible for traveling and providing safe and equitable care to diverse populations in their home environments. Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team and community resources to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with a critical care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
Wisconsin RN license required.
Previous RN experience required.
Home Health: Completion of Oasis certification within six months of eligibility required. Valid Wisconsin driver's license in good standing and liability car insurance required.
