Job Summary + The Registered Nurse in the Med-Surg Unit is accountable for the safe, individualized, efficient, and effective management and delivery of nursing care for hospitalized inpatients and hospital-based outpatients. Education and/or Experience + Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. + Minnimum of 1-2 years Med/Surg experience requried. Licensure/Certification/Registration + Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required upon hire. + Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire. + Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within one year of hire. + Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within one year of hire.
