Trusted Staffe is partnering with a premier level 1 trauma center in Fresno, CA to find a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurology to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments to evaluate a variety of conditions, including stroke, seizures, brain tumors, and spinal cord injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the neurology team.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses according to physician orders.
- Educate patients and their families about their neurological conditions and treatment options.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during challenging times.
- Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Neurosurgery RN.
- Strong understanding of neurological anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
