Location: Franklin PA
Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 36/48 hr. split
Pay Range: $45-48/hr
WorkFit Medical Staffing PLLC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team for the night shift. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services during the evening and early morning hours.
Responsibilities:
Schedule Nurse's Shifts: Develop and manage the night shift schedule for nursing staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
Assign Nurses to Patients: Coordinate patient assignments, taking into consideration each nurse's skill set and the needs of the patients.
Ensure Nursing Operational Standards: Oversee and enforce nursing operational standards to maintain a high level of patient care and safety.
Provide Reports: Generate and present regular reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics to track and improve performance.
Policy Compliance: Ensure that all nursing staff strictly adhere to established policies and procedures.
Training: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in PA
- Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
