Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Under the direct supervision of the operating surgeon, the RNFA functions during the intra-operative phase by directly assisting the surgeon in controlling bleeding, providing wound exposure, suturing and other surgical tasks utilizing nursing and medical functions.
- The RNFA assists the surgeon in providing the patient with a safe operative experience.
