Responsibilities of a RN/LPN Unit Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as adherence to facility policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications of a RN/LPN Unit Manager:
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a nursing home setting.
- Responsible, ready, and eager to work
