Will float between Obstetrics, Cardio/Telemetry, Behavioral Health and Med Surg
Qualifications

What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care by conducting skillful assessments, making accurate diagnoses, and defining desired outcomes.
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans in strict adherence to facility or departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all, ensuring the well-being of both patients and staff.
- Continually strive to enhance your clinical and professional competency, tailoring your approach as necessary to meet the specific needs of the patients you serve.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
- Knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice.
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care.
- Successful completion of additional orientation programs related to specialty.
- Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies.
- Basic computer skills.
- BLS - Basic Life Support Upon completion of orientation Upon Hire
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Pennsylvania RN License (current and in good standing)
- 1 year med surg department experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care
- Successful completion of additional orientation programs
