Degree from Foreign Nursing School: Official certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools is required for individuals who graduated from foreign nursing schools. This experience includes: implementing a plan of care for assigned patients; providing nursing interventions based on developed plan of care; and evaluating the effectiveness of the plan of care. GS-7: Possess a bachelor's degree in Nursing AND have eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement (S.A.A.) provision; OR Possession of a bachelor's degree in Nursing AND at least one full year of professional nursing experience (equivalent to the GS-5 grade level.)
