Job Requirements:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Documentation confirming all care provided to patients and residents with in Skilled Acute Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care units as assigned.
- Provide direction to all Nurse Aides providing direct patient care and assuring that all job duties and responsibilities are successfully completed.
- Medication Management
- Providing a high level of customer service to patients, family members and internal employees
License/Certification:
Qualifications:
- Current, valid Registered Nurse licensure within the state of Illinois
- One year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility preferred.
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent Customer Services Skills with a positive, community driven mindset.
- Requires candidate to have had no abuse convictions.
