As an RN at our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. We are seeking individuals with strong leadership abilities, exceptional customer service skills, excellent organizational capabilities, effective communication, and supervisory expertise.
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Salary: Up to $52
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain patients' medical records while closely monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise the nursing staff and address their needs to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Coordinate daily administrative duties, including scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.
- Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a seamless process.
- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to all staff members.
- Monitor medical charts and deliver compassionate care and assistance to patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and administrators to enhance patient care.
- Communicate any protocol changes to the nursing staff promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Accurately record and maintain reports related to patient care and activities.
- Identify and respond to any issues or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Valid RN License in the State of New York.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
