Hedgewood Assisted Living -
Assisted Living Facility in Beacon NY, is looking for an RN to coordinate services and delivery of care to its residents, and supervise HHA/PCA's. Knowledge of UAS assessments and ability to develop individualized service plans, is needed. Homecare knowledge is a plus and individual must be detailed oriented and strong at multi-tasking, with effective communication skills.
Job Requirements:
License as Registered Nurse in New York
Clinical experience in home care or an assisted living setting
Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent nursing judgment and decision making skills
UAS experience
