Registered Nurse- Medical Surgical
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Duration: 13 -26 Week
Description:
Will float to other Med Surg units - this will include the 10 Bed Observation Unit
Depending on the unit needs could be placed on the following units. We all see a good mix of medical patients and our specialties can be seen below
ortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, Surgical patients are GI, urology, hysterectomies, mastectomies.
Staffing Ratio 1:6-7 for nights
Ratios may flex to 8 patients but RN will be paired with LPN for support in these instances
Variety of staff work on this unit and other Med/Surg units (i.e RNs, LPNs, Techs, etc).
Requirements:
Michigan RN License
BLS (AHA)
2 Years Med/Surg Experience Preference. Minimum 1 year Required.
