Hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a full time, 13 weeks contract position in Barre, VT for a healthcare facility.

To do well in this role you should have your state Registered Nurse (RN) license and one year of relevant working experience.
- Experience with hospice case management required
- Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
- Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
- Active State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS/BCLS certification
- Dependable transportation
- Must be reliable
