Work under the direction of a licensed physician or certified nurse midwife credentialed at Western Wisconsin Health. Provide evidence-based nursing care specific to the childbearing women, newborn infants, and families based on evidence-based practice. Minimum Qualifications:- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing - Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- CPR certification for adults and pediatric
- Wisconsin RN license
- 1+ years of hospital RN experience within the last 3 years
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 1+ years of registered nurse experience in Labor and Delivery
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification, or ability to certify upon hire
- Fetal monitoring class (required to be successfully completed during OB orientation)
Shift Requirements:- Minimum commitment of 16 hours per 6-week block
