NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE License
RTO MUST be included at time of submission

Job Description:
Unit: Wound Ostomy Team (Egleston Scottish Rite)
Shift: 4 days a week - 7am 10HR shifts No weekends, nights or holidays. (Block Scheduling is never promised or
guaranteed)
OT: After 48
Floating Required: Yes Will be needed at BOTH Egleston Scottish Rite campus.
Scrub Color: Any Color

Other needed competencies - Wound vac dressings/placements/wound debridement/ostomy care and pouch
