BSN is required
Advanced nursing degree desired
Current Illinois RN license required
Current ACLS & PALS required
Must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
Proven leadership skills with evidence based nursing practice knowledge required
Must be able to work under stressful situations effectively and possess good oral and written communication skills, especially in the areas of conflict resolution and staff development
Maintain skills and knowledge to sustain and evaluate clinical competence in caring for the specific age and type of patient population served
