Registered Nurse Job Summary
The ATC Healthcare Registered Nurse is a member of our team who will work together to meet the physical, medical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients. The ATC Healthcare Registered Nurse is designated to provide coordination of care, ensure continuous assessment of each patient's and family's needs and implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care. Salary Range: $65 - $75/ Hourly

Responsibilities of the ATC Healthcare Registered Nurse
- Ensure patient care plans are appropriate and in line with standards of care.
- Develop and implement nursing plans of care for assigned patients.
- Assess health, disease and level of functioning for assigned patients.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
- Document patient care according to organization policies and procedures.
- Provide education to patients and their families, as appropriate.
- Provide professional nursing care in a collaborative environment.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Adhere to all policies, regulatory standards and procedures.
- Model behavior that reflects the organization's commitment to service, standards, and professionalism.

Registered Nurse Requirements
- Education and/or experience in nursing.
- Current California RN license.
- CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
