Overview The starting pay rate may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Registered Nurses (RN) at the Vermont Veterans' Home (VVH) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment for the highest level of function/quality of life. We provide person-centered care and all residents/families are encouraged to be active participants. We provide clinical oversight along with a wide range of services for long-term and short-stay admissions.
