Summary Oversees patient care activities as well as operational activities for assigned facility. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. Education Required: Academic degree in nursing required Preferred: Masters degree in Nursing or related field (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management) Experience Required: 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full time charge nurse/related position Certifications Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
