  • Home Health RN - Everett WA and surrounding areas / Snohomish County
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Shift: 8hr Days ( This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. )
  • Ratios: 1:1 ( May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
  • Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience
  • First-Timers Accepted: No
  • Weekend REQ 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract
  • Certs REQ: BCLS
  • Skills REQ: Start of Care, Admissions, Case Management, Recertification, Urinary Catheter Insertion / Management, Wound Care , Phlebotomy Skills, Negative Pressure
  • Is on-call REQ? No
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? No
