Overview:
Depending on your location, you may be eligible for up to $8,000 in relocation assistance. $4.75 differential is available to those associates who meet select documented criteria. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for:
- Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
- Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Ideal Candidate will be expected to float to Interventional Radiology. Qualifications: In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified nursing candidates will need the following:
On Call Requirements - Lives within 30 minutes of facility
- Availability to work 10-12 on call shifts including 1 weekend, per 6 week schedule
Education Requirements - Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs
Experience Requirements - One year experience preferred
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
Licenses/Certification Requirements - RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

The Cardiac Cath Lab at Longmont United Hospital has one coronary procedure room, one interventional radiology procedure room and seven prep/recovery bays. Here, we perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac, peripheral catheterizations, loop recorders, permanent pacemaker/ internal cardiac defibrillator implants and conduct TEE and cardioversion procedures. We care for Acute Coronary Syndrome patients with STEMI and NSTEMI presentations.
Our department cares for individuals on an outpatient, inpatient, and emergency basis 24/7, 365 days a year. We strive to provide exceptional care to our cardiovascular patient population. Pay Range: $28.85 - $44.97 / hour

Our nurses are the heartbeat of our ministry, providing compassionate care across our Mountain Region. Ensuring that these valued team members are compensated competitively is vital to the communities we serve. We are pleased to announce we will invest $20.4 million to adjust the base pay for our RNs, RN Clinical Coordinators and RN Program Coordinators/Managers.

$20,000 signing bonus. All eligible RN positions will have the $20,000 sign-on bonus listed on the job description.
