Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for critical care nursing and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work night shifts and contribute to the exceptional care provided to our patients in the ICU.

Job Summary:
Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Promotes the optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ICU setting
Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
