Wyndmoor Hills is seeking a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC). The RNAC is responsible for preparing assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective. The RNAC is responsible for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs. Join our wonderful team today to make a difference in the lives of our Residents.
QUALIFICATIONS OF RNAC:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current/active license for Registered Nurse
- MDS coordinator certification
- Clinical Experience in a nursing facility
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
