Job Summary Job Summary Nature of Service: To serve as the Health Content Expert to review health documents, health histories and provide staff training. To act as a health consultant on Case Management meetings, Multi-Discipline Team meetings, and consult with parents. Refer families to health services providers and data enter health data into the Child Plus system.
