Registered Dietitian

We are looking for a Registered Dietitian for our clinic in Fort Worth, TX to be a part of our dynamic team of psychologists, therapists and registered dietitians. Registered Dietitians not only help our clients reach their full potential, but they also play a key role in the continued success and future growth of our organization.

Next STEPS Worldwide is an innovative and rapidly growing outpatient clinic providing comprehensive psychological, therapeutic and nutrition services for all populations across the lifespan.

Next STEPS passionately believes in a multidisciplinary team approach within an outpatient office setting. Our team consists of licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who collaborate regularly to offer the highest level of client care possible to ensure client success.

Headquartered in McKinney, Next STEPS currently has 27 locations across Texas with 17 locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, 4 locations in San Antonio, 4 locations in Austin and 2 locations in the Houston area with more locations in various cities opening soon.

Role and Responsibilities for Registered Dietitian:

Have a burning desire to make a difference in the lives of your clients and be passionate about the work you do

Be proficient in the child, adolescent, and adult nutrition assessment, and nutrition follow-up process, and be able to chart these encounters (in-person and virtual) efficiently and effectively

Be experienced in facilitating nutrition groups with adults and adolescents

Be able to effectively work in a team setting with Registered Dietitians and other highly qualified professionals

Collaborate and coordinate weekly during our regular case conferences and treatment team meetings with in-house and out-of-house providers

Be flexible and comfortable functioning in a fast-paced environment

Maintain appropriate state RD licensure, CDR certification, and uphold ethical obligations

Create and implement a nutrition curriculum and be a part of the development of the group and individual programs

Advance into leadership within the company

Present at local and national conferences alongside team members

Network weekly with other treatment facilities and providers in the community

Minimum Qualifications for Registered Dietitian:

Bachelor's degree in nutrition, food service, community health, or a related field

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration

Unrestricted Texas License

At least three (3) years of Nutritional Counseling experience in a clinical setting preferred

Compensation for Registered Dietitian:

Salary from $54,000.00

$2500 Signing Bonus
