We are seeking a RBT or QASP-s or BCaBA to join our team of ABA specialists in Warner Robins, GA . Ideal candidates would provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and clinical services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities ages 2-18 in the clinic, home, and community settings. We provide extensive training, mentorship and supervision for all therapists. Job Description:

ABA 1:1, assisting in Supervision and Plan development.
Working directly with BCBA and QASP-S in managing case loads. NOTE: Parent Training and Supervision only pertain to Master level RBT and QASP-S and will be done after BCBA provides training and approves these duties.
Indirect/Management service will include: Admin Duties, Staff training, RBT training, Assisting in staff hiring, materials prep, Management of direct staff and clients and attending Clinical Meetings. etc. When clients are unavailable, employee will report to the office during business hours. Detailed description is listed below:
Assist in managing administrative processes and requirements in consultation with the Office Manager.
Assist with Clinical tasks tasked by BCBA and Lead QASP-S
Assist in creating and conducting staff meetings. Ensuring required trainings and issues are addressed
Assist in staff hiring and interviews
Assist in training staff on Individual Behavioral Protocols with oversight from BCBA
Maintain good communication and relationships with outside agencies.
Maintain good communication and relationships with family members of individuals supported.
Maintain all mandatory core certifications (First Aid, CPR, Safety Care, MAP, HR/DPPC, etc) and all licenses/certifications
Ensures all required notes/documentation are completed in accordance to Agency deadlines and expectations
Available on call for consultation in emergencies or regarding imperative concerns.
Monitor all staff training, including core trainings, development trainings and program specific trainings.
Conduct clinical audits on staff documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

RBT, BCaBA or QASP-S is preferred however will train right candidates For RBT certification.
Minimum 6 months in the field.
Clinical references will be required
Ability to complete training as a QASP in timely manner if QASP-S or BCaBA is not present
Current RBT, CPR or BLS certification
Ability to work flexible hours in the clinic and/or home
Ability to attend Clinical Meetings
Management experience preferred but not necessary
Great problem-solving skills and ability to work with a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks, and work in a fast pace environment
Great ability to take and follow directions
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact with a variety of children on the autism spectrum at different functioning levels
Conduct themselves in a professional manner and hold themselves to high rigorous standards
Strong work ethic with the ability to meet scheduling commitments
Pay will be based on experience, and education.
