Position Details: Must be available to do home services in the Chula Vista area Afternoon hours Can do clinic services in our San Diego Clinics to make position full time Pay ranges from $19-$26 per hour, depending on education and experience. Registered Behavior Technician available to begin immediately. Not yet an RBT? No worries. We have an on-site training program as a benefit. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision of a BCBA, to provide 1:1 ABA intervention with clients in their homes, schools, communities, and clinic. When covering sessions, BTs and RBTs are responsible for implementing treatment protocols as they are written, collecting data on specific target behaviors, and writing service notes. BTs and RBTs also work with families (parents and caregivers) by providing parent training and collecting data on the behaviors of caregivers.
