Registered Behavior Technician

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience working with children, preferred. EITHER Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification, OR desire to work toward receiving RBT certification. Maintaining RBT certification yearly. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and appropriate interventions for students on the Autism Spectrum or with severe behavioral needs. Possess excellent communication, organization and time management skills. Able to collaborate and work alongside other staff members.
