Registered Behavior Technician

All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in our new clinic setting.
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies at our clinic facility.

Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Conduct regular assessments to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities at the clinic facility
Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans specific to the clinic setting
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy at the clinic

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
