Our company is seeking a dynamic, highly experienced, and results-driven Permanent Regional Construction Vice President to join our team. This position is a key leadership role within our organization and will be responsible for overseeing all construction operations within a designated region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, with a particular focus on wastewater and water treatment facilities.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent Regional Construction Vice President, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading, directing, and overseeing all construction activities within the designated region.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives in alignment with the company's overall goals.
3. Ensuring all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local government officials.
5. Overseeing the planning and execution of wastewater and water treatment projects, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency.
6. Providing leadership and guidance to project managers and other construction personnel, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
7. Monitoring industry trends and advancements in technology, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
8. Managing budgeting and financial planning for the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
9. Ensuring all construction activities adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Regional Construction Vice President, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on wastewater and water treatment facilities.
2. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent will be highly regarded.
3. Proven experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
