The Regional Sales Representative for a Medical Device Company is responsible for sales activities in a geographical region including sales strategy, implementation, sales growth, regional profitability, and support and direction for Partner Clients.
Key Job Functions
Collaborates with the Director of Sales to develop region's quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives.
Monitors and communicates the region's progress against sales objectives to sales leadership.
Develops key relationships with existing, prospective, and new partner clients
Performs quarterly business reviews with partners, focused on created KPIs to drive top-line, profitable growth.
Develops and sustains relationships with key partners and end users to stay abreast of current and emerging customer needs, volume potential, and pricing requirements.
Cross-sells multiple product lines into key, existing verticals.
Executes new product launches and product-focused promotions led by Marketing.
Engages with Product Development and Product Management, when necessary.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year external sales experience with a record of exceeding sales quota within assigned territory
Law Enforcement and EMT/Medic experience preferred
Ability to travel 50% or more within assigned territory
