Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop key accounts to reach quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Utilize consultative sales approach via telephone, email and direct customer contact
  • Retain current business and achieve maximum account penetration by cross-product selling, account growth and development and relationship building
  • Develop new business areas and investigate areas for business development
  • Develop new prospects through various mediums such as trade shows, leads, targeted mailings, counter days and referrals
  • Support in the planning and realization of trade shows and trainings


Required profile:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of sales or related experience with HVAC products and key accounts in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record and successful history of achieving goals and sales targets
  • Previous experience utilizing sales tools to create forecasts and set sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
  • Self-motivated person with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills

The position entails the ability to travel up to 30% or as business needs require.You will communicate our value proposition and engage the end customer in jointly addressing their business priorities. Crucial for success in this position is the ability to define and implement sales plans, track economic drivers and industry activity and understand the implications on customers' business, including new business opportunities.
