Position Purpose/Summary

The Regional Sales Director is committed to providing the highest quality of service to the communities, customers, and employees we serve by analyzing and capitalizing on new commercial opportunities, adding value to the growth of Fastwyre. You will be responsible for driving enterprise commercial sales growth and building a robust pipeline for future opportunities. Candidates are expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset along with strong leadership qualities. This position is available for candidates willing to be based in the area surrounding Kansas City, MO, or Omaha, NE and will be required to travel up to 50% of the time.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and execute commercial strategies according to company objectives to enhance growth
  2. Identify the requirements of existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Carry out market research and analysis to form detailed business tactics on new commercial opportunities
  4. Craft business development case studies for growth and expansion
  5. Identify customer segments, verticals and prospects
  6. Work with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new purchasers and expands current customer base
  7. Maximize use of analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across sales channels and verticals
  8. Identify trends, optimize spend and track/improve performance based on insights
  9. Research competitors to stay current with similar product/service offerings
  10. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide guidance and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  11. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  12. Attract new customers and manage client relationships with new as well as existing clients
  13. Help in setting financial targets and budget development as well as monitoring
  14. Examine the performance of commercial activities by using key metrics, draft reports for senior management
  15. Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  13. Ability to use appropriate computer programs (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite) which includes having proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt and learn as programs and processes change.
  14. Ability to work as a team member and exert initiative to work independently to reach a goal.

Qualifications

At a minimum, the Regional Sales Director must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a valid driver's license, as well as the use of a reliable personal vehicle, must pass a satisfactory motor vehicle record and background check.
