The Role: We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Southern Louisiana branch locations as a dedicated support professional. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare experts to provide essential healthcare services, education, and support to elderly individuals and those with intellectual or developmental disabilities, empowering them to achieve and maintain optimal health. Key Responsibilities: Review and update client care plans Conduct assessments as delegated by an RN Ensure adherence to care plans in coordination with office staff Administer medications and treatments per patient's plan of care Contribute to agency performance improvement efforts Participate in team and case conferences Utilize basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel) Demonstrate strong administrative and clinical abilities Effective communication and education with clients and colleagues Qualifications: Valid Louisiana RN License Minimum one year of relevant experience Benefits: Medical and dental coverage, travel reimbursement, paid vacation and time off, company-provided cell phone and laptop Full-time position (40 hours per week) Join Our Positive and Supportive Team Today.
