  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of nursing home regulations, quality improvement initiatives, and healthcare best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
