POSITION SUMMARY:

In this exciting new travel role, you will assist with developing and executing a Nurse Aide training program and work as the instructor to train our new employees and start them on the path to becoming state tested nursing assistants. Our healthcare labor force is changing and we want to be on the ground floor training new talent.

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

  • Must have current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Graduate of an accredited RN or BSN nursing program
  • Must be willing to obtain Train the Trainer Certification approved by the state of North Carolina
  • Previous experience as a NATCEP Instructor/Coordinator a plus
  • Long Term Care experience preferred
  • Properly Train CNAs in accordance with up to date federal and state guidelines
  • Must be willing to travel throughout the state of North Carolina
  • 2 years experience as a CNA Instructor preferred
