Job DetailsResponsibilities
Spearhead business development initiatives, budgeting, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Oversee project budgets, analyze profitability, and drive revenue growth.
Lead municipal engineering projects, including water/sewer infrastructure, roadways, and sidewalk construction, as well as feasibility studies and capital improvement planning.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and evaluating performance.
Cultivate strong relationships with teams, clients, and contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Exhibit versatility and adaptability, taking on diverse roles to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a current Michigan Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Minimum 15 years of municipal consulting experience, including 10+ years in progressive management roles.
Proven track record in client relationship management, budget preparation, and schedule adherence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for articulating complex ideas.
Comprehensive knowledge of municipal, township, and county government practices and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Bluebeam (preferred).
