- Starting at: $23.00 + per hour
- Shift Details: 5:30 AM - 1:50 PM (Core Hours)
- Monday - Friday
- OT as needed
- Full Time/Direct Hire

Group Leaders are Responsible for: - Providing daily direction for their team
- Ensuring resources are in place to meet daily shipping & receiving schedules
- Solving root causes for potential disruptions to the performance of the department
- Training & auditing team members regarding safety practices
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Job rotation
- Use of safety guards
- Lock-Out/Tag-Out
- Job safety analysis
- Maintaining standard work and train members to accomplish standard work requirements
- Appropriately escalating issues to the supervisor
- Manage department's performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to supervisor:
- Safety
- Quality
- Efficiency
- Continuous Improvement
- Order basic supplies, tools and materials
