Broward Health Coral Springs Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 1.000000 Summary: Provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for the goal development, process implementation, evaluation, and operational management of the medical surgical/telemetry units, and joint replacement program. Maintains goal development and implementation consistent with the district's mission, organization's strategic plan, and resources. Holds accountability and responsibility for professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, patient experience, marketing, and program refinement in response to needs and trends. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred. Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, BSN or MSN). Experience: Essential: Seven years of related acute hospital nursing experience including leadership. Credentials: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a Florida multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
