Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:This position will provide financial leadership and support to managed communities. Job duties include preparation and analysis of month-end financials with executive communication of operating results, trends, variances, annual budgets, support annual audits, monitor loan covenants and compliance and general ad hoc functions to assure accounting integrity at our supported communities.

Job Details• 5 or more years Financial/Accounting experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Senior living experience, with entrance fee community experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentations, databases and other document creation software.
• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, organized and professional. Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance. Possess good public relations, communication, general office, clerical and telephone skills.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, have excellent time management/meet deadlines and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different levels of personnel.
