Key Responsibilities Prepare presentations, documents, schedules and reports Support Regional meetings by setting up logistics and planning Manages calendars and coordinate schedules across the enterprise Organizes and plans regional meetings, sales rally content, Town Halls etc. Anticipate and prepare required materials for meetings Asset/Device management Manage and organize MS Teams site/calendars/content Organize and maintain electronic filing systems Order office supplies and coordinates team supplies on MIAB Process invoices for payment Make travel arrangements and prepare and follow-up on Concur expense reports (RVP/CVP only) Maintain sickness, absence and vacation records Perform other duties as assigned What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience Technologically savvy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Lync) Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable to the changing requirements and the constant influx of various requests from the department Professionalism and discretion with confidential information Occasional travel may be required No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary The United States is the largest market in the Mondelēz International family with a significant employee and manufacturing footprint.
