Job Details

We are seeking dynamite candidates who are sharp, hard working, and eager to learn. In this B2B sales role, you will be a part of a growing team where you identify, develop, communicate and manage appropriate business solutions based upon the clients' unique performance needs.

Responsibilities include meeting & exceeding sales quotas, developing accounts within an assigned territory, lead qualification, customer follow up, writing & submitting proposals, and closing accounts. Post close activities include follow up after delivery to gauge customer satisfaction and gain repeat business. In this role, you will be implementing strategies for account acquisition, penetration and development, qualifying all leads with proper documentation, initiating a sales cycle and tracking appropriate activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 1+ years B2B sales or related experience required.

• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills - both verbal and written - required.

• Proficiency in and MS Office a plus.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas in a B-to-B environment.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Ability to work in a team environment, to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

• Must be willing to prospect and have a high energy level.

• Ability to follow up on leads, uncover opportunities and close sales.
