General Job Description The Recruitment Marketing Intern is a creative, fun-spirited go-getter that works quickly and efficiently supporting our overall recruitment marketing strategy to: Promote our culture, emphasizing I&D strategy Increase awareness of and build interest in Murphy USA as an employer Attract and engage top talent The fun you will have in this role: Brainstorming outside-of-the-box ideas for creating and curating digital content while aligning to our brand guidelines and voice Proactive scheduling of digital and social content in alignment to content calendar Creeping our follower count, boosted campaigns and social engagement to ensure we're active on LinkedIn Researching and sharing all the best ideas to optimize channel and advertising spend, and enhance our career site The basic knowledge needed to excel: Microsoft Windows OS + Application experience (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Adobe Creative Cloud experience is highly preferred (Illustrator, Photoshop) Great communication skills (aka grammar police) Commitment to learning and continuous improving How you'll really wow us Digital content creation and planning experience (CoSchedule, SproutSocial, HootSuite) Google Analytics experience Video editing and design experience Tech-savvy Education and Experience Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design or a similar degree at an accredited college or university with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
