Opening: Recruiting Manager Beavercreek, OH - Full Time - Posted May 20, 2024 Summary Creek Technologies Company (CreekTech) is seeking a full-time, on-site Recruiting Manager supporting the CreekTech's Human Resources (HR) team in Beavercreek, Ohio. The successful candidate will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong pipeline of talented applicants with relevant knowledge and experience to the company's line of work. Responsible for managing the recruiting of both HQ and project staff. A successful recruiting manager will regularly and proactively collaborate with the management team and project managers to identify future hiring needs and attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, employee referrals, and by attending recruiting events. Responsibilities

• Manages all recruiting activities of the company

• Trains, mentors, and supervises all company recruiters

• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs

• Prepares recruiting materials and posts jobs to appropriate job websites

• Identifies future hiring needs and develops and updates company job descriptions and job specifications

• Sources and recruits suitable candidates using databases, social media, online employment forums, and college events

• Determines job requirements by reviewing job descriptions and job qualifications

• Determines applicant qualifications by analyzing responses and comparing capabilities to job requirements

• Screens candidates' resumes and initiates contact to establish interest

• Assesses applicants' relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

• Verifies references, clearances, and certifications of candidates to match job requirements

• Schedules interviews for applicants with hiring managers

• Provides analytical and recruiting reports to the executive team

• Promotes the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employer

• Keeps up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and ensures company compliance

• Assists with recruiting incumbent and key personnel needed for contract proposals

• Assists HR with onboarding and other HR Activities as needed Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

• Ability to train and mentor lessor experienced recruiters

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruiting systems

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Ability to recruit for a broad range of positions Education

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field desired. Experience

• Minimum three years' experience recruiting for Government and/or Defense contracts requiring highly cleared positions required

• Minimum three years' experience managing all phases of the recruiting and hiring process preferred Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance desired Salary Range $80,000-$90,000 Anticipated Start Date June 3 2024
