Corporate Recruiter - 100% ONSITE
Do you have a passion for recruiting? If so, let's connect today. I am partnering with a client in the Irving/Las Colinas area to identify a strong full cycle recruiter to join their team. The company offers a great work environment and great benefits. Please Note - this position is 100% onsite. There is NO opportunity for hybrid or remote.
To qualify for this role, you must possess the following:
- MUST enjoy working in the office 100% to collaborate with your team, build rapport with hiring managers, etc.
- Degree highly preferred
- 5+ years as a full cycle recruiter in a high volume environment working on corporate positions as well as specialized industry related roles
- This will be the sole recruiter in the DFW area, so someone that can self manage, help with creating and/or streamlining processes, recruiting strategies, etc. is a huge Plus.
- Must have experience in creative sourcing (Boolean search, cold calling, virtual hiring events, etc.)
- Experience with the ADP Workforce Now ATS system is highly preferred.
