What makes a successful Recruiter?
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience in a third party or agency recruiting/staffing setting.
- 2+ years in a business development or account management capacity.
- Ability to communicate effectively; both verbal and written.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, money motivated, sports-minded, competitive, driven attitude.
We prefer candidates that have agency recruiting experience, sales/business development experience, a desire to be part of a growing company, and a passion for winning.
